Receptionist
The Receptionist, under the
leadership of the Human Resource Manager, will support the process to provide
the highest quality of customer service to our customers and associates. The
Receptionist will 1) provide superior customer service, 2) direct switchboard
inquiries quickly, accurately and professionally to the appropriate recipient by
properly screening requests through interactive conversations with callers, 3)
open and distribute departmental mail, 4) assist with mailing of correspondences
and other functions as needed. The Receptionist will take action to enhance
cross-functional abilities and expand internal communications within the
company.
